Event Rental FAQ: Your Questions Answered
Planning an event and considering rentals? Here are answers to the most common questions we hear from Sacramento event planners, brides, and party hosts.
General Questions
How does the rental process work?

How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (April-October), we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance. For weddings and large events, 4-6 months is ideal. Last-minute requests are accommodated when inventory allows.

Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on:
- Type and quantity of items
- Delivery distance from our Sacramento warehouse
- Event duration (standard is 24-48 hours)
- Any special setup requirements
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and bank transfers. A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event.
Are there minimum order requirements?
While we don't have a strict minimum, delivery fees are most cost-effective for orders of 25+ place settings or $200+ in rental fees.
Delivery & Logistics
Do you set up the items?
We deliver your items to the designated area at your venue. For full setup services (placing items on tables), additional fees apply. Ask about our setup packages.
What time are items delivered?
Delivery typically occurs the morning of your event or the evening before, depending on your preference and venue access.
How are items returned?
Simply place all items back in the delivery crates (no need to wash them). We pick up at the agreed time, usually the morning after your event.
Breakage & Damage
What happens if something breaks?
We understand that breakage happens during events. Minor breakage (1-2 pieces) is typically absorbed. Excessive breakage beyond normal use may be charged at replacement cost.
Are the items insured?
Yes, our rental inventory is insured. However, clients are responsible for items in their care during the rental period.
