Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rent 4 Party website and rental services. By using our website or placing a rental order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. A rental agreement is formed when we confirm your order and you agree to the quoted price. All rental items remain the property of Rent 4 Party throughout the rental period.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)
  • Pricing is based on the rental period, quantity, and delivery location
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation
  • Final payment is due before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed
  • Delivery and setup fees are additional and vary by location

3. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver to Sacramento and surrounding areas within approximately 100 miles, including Davis, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove, Rocklin, Woodland, and more. Delivery and pickup times will be coordinated with you in advance.

  • You must provide a safe, accessible location for delivery and pickup
  • Items should be accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed time
  • Additional fees may apply for difficult access or extended rental periods

4. Care of Rental Items

You are responsible for the care of all rental items during the rental period:

  • Handle all items with care and use them for their intended purpose
  • Do not attempt to repair damaged items — report any issues to us immediately
  • Items do not need to be washed before return — simply rinse and repack
  • Keep rental items in a safe location away from extreme weather

5. Damages & Missing Items

You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rental items beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement costs will be charged for:

  • Broken, chipped, or cracked glassware, dinnerware, or vases
  • Stained, torn, or burned linens
  • Missing items not returned at pickup
  • Items damaged beyond repair

We understand that minor breakage occurs at events. We will work with you fairly on any damage charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: full refund of deposit
  • Cancellations 7–14 days before: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before: deposit is non-refundable
  • Changes to order quantities may be made up to 72 hours before delivery

7. Liability

Rent 4 Party is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental items. Our total liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the specific items in question.

We are not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse of rental items.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes. Product images are representative — actual items may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and product offerings without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
